Texture

This is an texture design and was created with a focal point that is located where the end of the leaves meet which also goes along with the rule of thirds. The entire picture plane has been used and the boxes in the background help to guide your eye around the picture and also the squiggles in the bark help to imply texture. Cross- hatching was used to create the boxes in the back as well as stippling to create the details in the leaves. The design includes a full value range because there is an equal amount of white, black and good negative space. The final design is executed in a professional manner with the attention to detail and mounted on bristol board.
